Why is my messages getting sent late?
This could be because the user you're trying to send to, either has their phone turned off or an inactive SIM.
This can be verified by checking the SMSLog table in the database, look at the WhenSubmitted and WhenSent, if these match, but the WhenSentFromGateway is null, you can log onto gatewayapi.com and check the status of the SMS.
If the status is set to 'Enroute' this is most likely the issue. Alternatively you can ask GatewayAPI's support, which can tell you if the user you're trying to send to is marked as "Absent_Subscriber" this confirms the user either has their phone turned off or they have an inactive SIM.
