Site selection settings

Even though the pictures show Moodle it is generic for all our LMS systems.

Activity sites

• Do not create
  • Do not create any activities from templates that uses this setting
• LMS has to be checked
  • Only create activities where Aktivitet_LMS in the students table is set to true. This information is extracted from the administrative system
• Based on template filter
  • This will open a new option on the templates using this setting

  • 

    In this example only activities that starts with Eng and activities that has the fullname spanish will be created
• All
  • Creates every activity found in the templates (not recommended)

Course sites

  • Do not create any courses from templates that uses this setting
• LMS has to be checked
  • Only create courses where Skolefag_LMS in the students table is set to true. This information is extracted from the administrative system
• Based on template filter
  • This will open a new option on the templates using this setting

  • 

    In this example only courses that starts with Eng and courses that has the fullname spanish will be created

  • Creates every courses found in the templates (not recommended)
